Public Health Outreach

Public Health Outreach brings health information and services into the community. Our Outreach Team visits established events across the county to help connect people with resources and support.

What do we do? 

At community events, the Outreach Team may provide:

  • Help connecting to primary care
  • Blood pressure and blood glucose screenings
  • Vaccines
  • Prevention and safety items, such as gun locks
  • Information on local support services, including food distribution and assistance

Where to find us?

You can find Public Health Outreach at established community events across the county, including food distribution and mobile food sites. Locations and services vary based on the event.

Who can use these services?

Our outreach team is available to anyone. No appointment is needed. If you see our van at an event, please stop by and say hello!
