How to Replace Your WIC Card and Check Your Balance
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides healthy food, breastfeeding support, nutrition education, and referrals for health care and community services. More than 250,000 people participate in the WIC program across North Carolina.
WIC Card Replacement
If your WIC card is lost, stolen or damaged:
- Call eWIC Customer Service at 1-844-230-0813. Replacement cards are sent by mail and usually arrive within 5–7 days.
- Or, visit any local WIC clinic to have your WIC card replaced.
