Zoning Information
The Zoning Department issues permits for Zoning, Signs, Manufactured Home Parks, and Communications Towers. Permits are issued in accordance with the Henderson County Land Development Code - Chapter 42 of the Henderson County Code. The entire county is currently zoned, which the Board of Commissioners approved on September 19, 2007.

Zoning Permits

This department is responsible for investigating and enforcing the county’s Land Development Code.
