Minimum Housing Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Department is responsible for investigating complaints of unsafe housing conditions to protect the safety of county residents. 

The Henderson County Minimum Housing Ordinance allows tenants a procedure to have deficiencies in their rental properties remedied when their landlords will not make repairs. Please refer to the Minimum Housing Ordinance and the Code Enforcement FAQ document to understand what constitutes a minimum housing violation. 

Henderson County Residents can now submit suspected code violation reports online.
