Nuisance Enforcement
The Code Enforcement Department is responsible for enforcing the county’s Nuisance Prevention Ordinance through investigating and correcting nuisance complaints.
Public Nuisances have specific legal definitions. Please refer to the Henderson County Nuisance Prevention Ordinance and the Code Enforcement FAQ Document to understand what constitutes a public nuisance.
Henderson County Residents can now submit suspected code violation reports online.
