Wall of Honor

The Henderson County Wall of Honor is a program that places veterans’ ribbons, patches, and badges in 8” x 10” shadow boxes and displays them in the Veterans Services building at 5-Points, 900 North Main Street, Hendersonville, NC.

The name of the participating veteran is on each shadow box and each veteran’s shadow box is supported with a website and QR code that describes each ribbon, patch, and badge plus photos and other information about the veteran.

 Criteria to be placed on the Wall:

  • Honorable discharge
  • Active, Reserve, or National Guard service in war-time or peace
  • Next of kin can sponsor a deceased veteran
  • Must have a connection to Henderson County
  • No cost to the veteran
