Schedule of Values made available for public inspection.
November 2, 2026 Public Hearing on the Schedule of Values (to be scheduled)
November 18, 2026 Schedule of Values adopted by the Board of Commissioners (to be scheduled)
September 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027 Educational and Informational sessions conducted by the Assessor and Collector to community groups, civic organizations and taxpayers throughout the County
January 1, 2027 Effective date for 2027 Reappraisal. 
February 1, 2027 Approximate date Notice of Assessed Valued mailed to property owners. 
January 1- April 14, 2027 Property owners may file an Informal Appeal with the Assessor for the 2027 value. 
April 15, 2027 Board of Equalization & Review will convene for the acceptance of 2027 Appeals. 
May 14, 2027 Board of Equalization & Review will adjourn and close the appeal period for 2027.
June 30, 2027 The Board of Commissioners establishes the tax rate for FY2027-2028 on or before this date. 
August 2027 2027 tax bills will be mailed to property owners.
