Henderson County Parks and Recreation

The Henderson County Parks and Recreation Department (HCPRD) oversees the programming, maintenance, rental of facilities, safety, and usage of twelve parks in Henderson County. To learn more about each of our parks, visit the "Parks & Facilities" page.

Our Mission is to provide an environment for quality, wholesome leisure and recreation activities that will benefit Henderson County residents. We strive to provide varied recreational, sports, cultural, outdoor, and service activities for all groups, as well as being an informative source for the community.
