Scheduling Inspections
While we make every effort to accommodate everyone's busy schedules, we can not guarantee specific times for inspections. Inspection arrival times may vary, depending on workload and job site locations. Customers are encouraged to contact inspectors between the hours of 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. to find out whether the inspection is scheduled for AM or PM.
Building Inspections may be scheduled using one of the following methods:
- Schedule Online using Online Citizen Portal Access . How To Create a Citizen Portal Registration and Login
- Call the Permit Office at 828-697-4830 ext 0 prior to 4:00pm
- In-Person at our office located at 100 N. King St. Hendersonville, NC 28792
Important Information:
- You will need the complete permit number to schedule an inspection.
- Inspection requests are not accepted via email, fax or voicemail.
- Inspections are limited per day per inspector
- Inspections are conducted between 9:00 - 4:00 Monday thru Friday.
