Duties and Responsibilities: This position assesses properties; collects data about property and structures which determines the value; utilizes data to assist in determining value; determines functional and physical depreciation of structures and determines the grade condition, desirability, and utility; reviews sales analysis on vacant and improved properties to determine market value.

The Tax Collector’s office is responsible to collect all tax bills for real property, personal property, and business personal property.
