Design Progress: Approximately 80% complete

• Final plans anticipated late May/ early June for potential July 2025 Letting
• DRPS submitted 12/23/2024; JMT comments returned 1/6/2025; RS&H addressing
• R/W plans submitted 1/31/2025; RS&H responding to JMTcomments
• Quantities submitted for Sites 2-11; Estimating Unit developing pricing
• Switchback redesign (Site 1): Still a potential schedule risk; letting may be split or revised depending on final decision
• ESP issued limited NTP on 4/25/2025 for 2D Hydraulic model work
• Traffic Control Plans under review; 30 mph design speed recommended by Division Traffic
• CE and Alternative Comparison Memo in progress; Complete Streets submitted 2/13 and resubmitted 2/25
• PUEs revised for Sites 2-4 and 5-9; still awaiting Duke for Site 1O (gravel section)
