Pardee Medical Offices

The Henderson County Board of Commissioners has approved a major expansion plan for UNC Health Pardee, which includes the development of new medical office buildings.

The plan aims to double the number of primary care physicians across Henderson County while expanding specialty care.

Medical office buildings will be constructed on Spartanburg Highway, and in Mills River

The expansion is expected to reduce travel for residents seeking specialized care, eliminating the need to go to Asheville, Greenville, or Charlotte.

UNC Health Pardee and Henderson County broke ground on the new office building on Spartanburg Highway on January 8, 2026.
