Article IV - Certification for Qualifying Farmland

45-12. Requirements.

To secure County certification as qualifying farmland, a farm must meet the requirements of N.C. Gen. Stat. ยง106-737 as the same may be amended.

45-13. Application

A landowner may apply to the Chairman for such certification at the same time he applies for approval as an agricultural district.
